Patchnotes - May 3rd
Since our last update we took all your feedback, talked on it, brainstormed on it and we are now proudly present you Version 1.1! We don't exaggerate when we say "This is our biggest update yet" - because it is. Before we delve into the specifics, let's hear what Manuel "Syndane" has to announce about this patch.
Words from the Producer: We're happy to release yet another update which improves the state of the game much further. Not only with releasing a super-cool evil wizard hero, Iffir, but also for a lot of features that makes it more fun to compete in the arena. We have included an achievement system so your success on the battlefield is rewarded additionally and tired the daily bonuses for engaging in battle in order to gain more Elder's Insignia; you will also be able to see and share your combat behavior with the all-new player profile. And most importantly, the new home server system will match you with players from your region, which together with the upgraded servers in all regions will lead to a much more pleasant gameplay. I spoke in more details in the Dev Vlog 4 which you can find above.

New Hero: Iffir
Iffir is an evil warlock, who's past had made him take the path of darkness. Currently, he wants to join the Devourer's henchmen and to achieve that, he signed up to the arena to find out more about the Devourer and the Arena. Iffir wields the magic of corruption, which was obscured by the temple of the Forerunners.
|Crystal Spear||Iffir shoots a crystal at his foes. It splitts on collision and hits enemies behind the hit target.|
|Forceful Wave||Iffir sends forth a wave of crystals that pushes away enemy heroes and slows them.|
|Ring of Thorns||Iffir places an AoE on the ground that does damage to all enemies passing through it.|
|Spellweaving||After using any spell Iffir's movement speed is increased.|
New Skin: Sky'Lee Hellraiser
Sky'Lee decided to try out a new outfit for last Walpurgis Night! She might have gone too far and transformed into a Hellraiser. Try out this demonic skin for our -blue- red support!
New Skin: Plaguebringer Iffir
Death follows Iffir wherever he goes. Destroy your enemies with style as a plague doctor!

Player Profiles and achievements
The new profile allows you to track various stats such as Win / Loss ratios, your playstyles, killing sprees, hero stats and much more. You can also change your own icon which can be obtained through different means, like finishing certain achievements. Those reward you with not only icons but also currency. And everyone who asked us "how to change my username", you can now do it in the Profile menu too!
Emoji and Call
You can use 4 pre-defined messages and 4 Emoji to communicate during battles. Let us know how you feel about them and if we should adjust them.
Server select in the game options added. You can select your own "home server" with indicators how your connection is towards them. We also improved the backend of our server structure that should provide a more stable experience.
Daily rewards are reworked
Instead of having the need to play 10 matches for one reward, the rewards are split into 3 stages: 1 PVP Match, 3 PVP Matches, and 7 PVP Matches. The first rewards you a 50 Planetoons, the second reward 100 Planetoons and 1 Elder Insignia. The final daily reward gives you a whopping 150 Planetoons and 3 Elders Insignia.
All heroes got their own unique voices! They interact with certain actions in battle or in menus. Make sure to try them out, here are a few examples:
Character outline option added. With this option, all heroes get a thicker more visible outline, in the same vein we reworked the target selectors for more visibility.
The towers have now more armor when there no creeps around them to prevent backdooring on them.
We adjusted the experience points gained from killing creeps, towers and jungle monsters for a more even and balanced battle.
- Big wolf: 100 -> 80
- Small wolf: 60 -> 45
- Stiches: 75 -> 60
- Golem: 150 -> 120
- Beast: 170 -> 150
- Archon: 700 -> 600
Lane creeps and towers:
- Small creeps: 20 -> 40
- Buffed creeps: 35 -> 60
- First Tower: 300 -> 450
- Second Tower: 400 -> 600
- Candy's Supersonic Ball was adjusted and deals only 33% of the damage IF it hits more than one target
- Tracker's Frenzy now increases defense and speed by 25%, and base attack speed by 45% (instead of 30, 35, and 85%).
- Horrifying Shards was renamed to Silencing Shards
- Effect was changed from Panic to Silence
- Electric Paralysis was renamed to Electric Shell
- Effect changed to Static Shield blocks the first crowd control effect
